Ray's extensive experience in manufacturing recruitment has positioned him as a key architect behind the customised recruitment solutions that GTS Capital offers to manufacturing companies acquired by our Private Equity partners. His extensive experience working with Private Equity firms adds a layer of strategic depth and insight, making his contributions to GTS invaluable. Ray Macera

Senior Partner

Ray Macera is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the Tier 1 Automotive sector and related industries. A senior business and operations leader known for his expertise in steering products from concept to successful serial volume delivery, Ray has been instrumental in pioneering the 'Model Factory' concept to challenge and evolve manufacturing thinking for better engagement in the Product Creation System. His expertise extends to strategic planning, scheme funding, and fostering strong client relationships.

A strong advocate for people and safety, Ray prioritises Employee Value Proposition (EVP), competency development, and accountability, aiming to cultivate high-performing teams and a customer-focused culture.
